The Devoncourt has been awarded the "AA Covid-19 Confident" Accreditation, as well as Visit England's official "Good To Go" Certificate for safety and well being, meaning you can have peace of mind as you relax into your Devon holiday.
In response to the COVID-19, we are following the latest advice and guidance that has been provided by the HM Government, Local Authority and the WHO (World Health Organisation). We have accordingly implemented measures ranging from strict hygiene to providing the 2 metres distance in our restaurant and bar area.
We are also continuously monitoring and following any changes that have been recommended by the Government for us to implement.
At this moment in time, our facilities such as Leisure Club may be disrupted until future notice from the Government.
Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding holidays this year, we have updated our non-refundable policy to hopefully give you the peace of mind that not all is lost
All bookings that are made on our non-refundable rate can now be amended without charge for a period of up to 12 months from the original booking date, where the value of the booking will be held as a credit against your new booking. In the event that the new booking carries a lower value, the difference can be used in our bar and restaurant.

With these uncertain times, we would like to reassure all our guests of the high standards that we are using to minimise risk and ensure safety of all of our guests and staff within the hotel.
In the public areas, we have increased our cleaning schedule to ensure that all surfaces including all door handles, stair rails, lift buttons, lounge and restaurant furniture are thoroughly cleaned by a member of staff within a timely manner. Upon arrival of the hotel and restaurant you will be required to have your temperature checked. We are also asking guests and staff to keep the 2 metres distance, with hand sanitisers available throughout the hotel and in the entry area for the reception and the restaurant. Within the restaurant, tables have been moved to accommodate the 2 metres distancing with a one way entry system upon entering and leaving the restaurant.
Furthermore, we have installed glass panels on the reception desk area and bar counter to allow communication to occur, without the worry of potential contact between staff and guests.
Depending upon how long your stay is, our housekeeping team may limit the number of times they service your room (the option will be provided upon arrival)
Seats and sun loungers within the outdoor swimming pool area have been arranged with spacing of more than 2 meters apart and all pool furniture is sanitised between uses.
