So you have signed up, now what?

 

First of all, welcome to Devoncourt Leisure Club.

 

We’re delighted to have you join our community. Whether you’re here to improve your fitness, relax and unwind, or simply try something new, you’ve taken a great first step.

 

At the Devoncourt Leisure Club, we believe that feeling comfortable and confident from the very beginning makes all the difference. That’s why we’re here to help you make the most of your membership right away. From our gym and swimming facilities to fitness classes, there’s something here for everyone.

We look forward to seeing you around the club very soon.

 

Your Direct Debit will be proccessed through a third party company called 'GoCardless'

 

You May bring a maximum of 2 guests per day with you when using the facilities - their guest pass rate is £13.50 and they must be over the age of 18.

Members must scan in using their Membership card or QR Code.

(QR CODE GUIDE CAN BE FOUND HERE)

Replacement Membership cards can be purchase from Reception for £3.

We kindly ask that you submit a head and shoulders photograph along with your membership card number. This information is required to help us maintain accurate records and enhance the security of our membership system.

Ruth has been a part of the team here at the Devoncourt for over 15 years.

Aquafit - A 45 minute aerobic class for people who are failry water confident. This class is a lovely social group freat for people who may need the water to cushion the joints when working out.

Aqua Zumba

This is a fun class using Latino music to dance to in the water. The whole session is based in the shallow end of the pool and we follow a choreographed set routine.

Colin Studied exercise science and is a qualified exercise specialist and personal trainer who also offers nutrition coaching.

Legs, Bums and Tums - A Full body workout that helps improve stamina, endurance and mobility.

Yoga  - Suitable for all ages, reconnect with your body and de stress. Mat Required

Pilates - Focus on developing strength, flexibility and balance through a series of controlled movements.

Michelle has been a fitness  instructor for over 40 years.

 

She runs our Wednesday Morning Yoga Class.

Suitable for all ages and abilities. Accommodates personal health needs and desires. Includes weekly anatomical themes e.g spine sensations, relaxing music and a opportunity to slow down.
