Key Details

Our short-term rental rates are based on a minimum stay of 30 days.

A 20% VAT is applicable to the first 28 days of your stay and is charged in addition to the rental price.

A £600 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be refunded via BACS at the end of your stay, subject to our terms and conditions.

Please note that during July and August, our rates increase by Double due to high seasonal demand.

We highly recommend booking a viewing appointment to explore available options in person.

Viewings can be scheduled by contacting our reception team. The best time for appointments is between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM daily.
