Key Details

• Our short-term rental rates are based on a minimum stay of 30 days.

• A 20% VAT is applicable to the first 28 days of your stay and is charged in addition to the rental price.

• A £600 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be refunded via BACS at the end of your stay, subject to our terms and conditions.

• Please note that during July and August, our rates increase by Double due to high seasonal demand.

• We highly recommend booking a viewing appointment to explore available options in person.

• Viewings can be scheduled by contacting our reception team. The best time for appointments is between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM daily.

• A Photocopy of a Valid ID is requested at time of booking
